The world of rap is sizzling under the ever-evolving feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. The two singers have come up with songs, one after the other, replying to each other’s music and, in turn, spewing more diss for their rival.

The latest turn of events in the rivalry is when Lamar released a 6-minute diss track called Euphoria to reply to Drake’s Push Ups and Taylor Made Freestyle. On that, more rappers contributed to the debate, and one of them was Rick Ross, siding with Lamar and asking Drake not to respond.

Recently, rapper Rick Ross took to X (formerly Twitter) to share that he survived a plane crash when he was in his private jet. The jet had to be landed in Dallas on a field, after which Ross shared multiple images and videos to explain the matter and even take a moment to say that he believes Drake did it. Even the caption in the post read that Drake’s OvO F16 fighter jet shot them down. He said in the video,

“Thank everybody for all the prayers, but I’ma tell you, we on the jet and I’m seein’ da fighter jet [imitates flying noise],” Ross shares. “I see his nose. It’s like Tom Cruise from Top Gun. I see his cheeks and nose going back from the G force. I can’t say what happened, but it happened.”

This incident also comes after Ross released a diss track called Champagne Moments, aimed at Drake last month. As more rappers include themselves in the burgeoning debate for the title of the greatest rapper ever, such incidents and headlines will keep recurring. Other rappers have sent their prayers and best wishes to Ross for surviving the crash. The claims have not been verified, and the real reason behind Ross’s jet crash remains unknown.

Dubbed Air Drake, the Boeing 767 private jet, costs around $185 million. Drake flies sky-high in luxury as the Cargojet sits 30 people. Designer Virgil Abloh even did a custom paint job on the plane, which makes it clearly visible from miles away. Not just the exteriors, even the insides of the plane have been customized to fit Drake’s extravagant taste.

Velvet loafers and luxury chairs line the entire plane, where Drake often hosts hangout sessions with his buddies as they play cards and drink around. What’s more, the jet even has private suits, bathrooms, and a living room. Drake really lucked out in his collaboration with Cargojet in getting such a massively comfortable and luxurious private jet for free.
