Since the death of the late Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie, the discussion around her caused a conflict involving the singer’s ex-wife Priscilla Presley. Reportedly she had been ousted as a trustee from her late daughter’s trust fund.
And this led her to contest the document’s authenticity in court. The negotiations have been going strong since then, however, Priscilla Presley has also been denied a request she made which was to be buried alongside her late ex-husband after her death. Besides that, there have been other issues too.

As the Presley family legal drama has been going on, new information has come to light concerning a request made by the late Elvis Presley’s ex-wife Priscilla Presley. During the negotiations regarding her late daughter’s trust fund, it has been reported that she requested to be buried next to her late ex-husband. This means on Graceland where many other Presley family members have been buried. However, according to TMZ, sources have shared that the request was denied straight away without much pushback.

She has been married to the late artist from 1967-73 and shared a single daughter Lisa Marie with him. And the legendary singer left almost everything to his daughter. And Lisa Marie Presley on the other hand also left everything including the trust fund to her daughter Riley Keough.
The drama started in the family after a 2016 document declared that Priscilla Presley and along with a manager had been ousted as the trustees of the fund. This document was then contested in court by Koeugh’s maternal grandmother concerning the authenticity of the signature.
Recent Update On The Presley Family Drama
Following the negotiations over the late Lisa Marie Presley’s trust fund, it has come to light that the agreement has been settled nicely between the Elvis Presley Enterprise and Priscilla Presley. Reportedly she had been paid in millions. She shared with Page Six in a statement saying,
“As a family, we are pleased that we resolved this together”
Furthermore, it has also been reported that Riley Keough, who is the sole beneficiary of her late mother’s trust is also satisfied with the settlement. For the last months, she had been battling it out with her maternal grandmother in court. And now both sides have finally reached an agreement.
