“It’s abundantly clear”: Deceased Euphoria Star Angus Cloud’s Mom Denies Suicide Rumors
Angus Cloud’s untimely death left many in shock, including Lisa Cloud, his mother, who has now cleared the air around suicide suspicions speaking about her son’s passing. According to her, Angus had no suic-dal tendencies, and she believes it was just an accidental overdose.
In a heartfelt message on Facebook, Cloud’s mother expressed her appreciation for all the support during this time. She even shed some light on his son’s last day, which she described as joyful.
Angus Cloud’s Mother Talks About his Last Days
As per Lisa Cloud, her son was reorganizing the room. He had plans to stay with her for some time. He even talked about helping some of the family members, which, according to her, indicates that he wasn’t contemplating suicide.

Lisa Cloud elaborated on her son’s drug intake, saying,
“I don’t know if or what he may have put in his body after that. I only know that he put his head on the desk where he was working on art projects, fell asleep, and didn’t wake up. We may find out that he overdosed accidentally and tragically, but it’s abundantly clear that he did not intend to check out of this world.”
Cloud’s mother clarified that the social media posts which are suggesting this act to be intentional suic-de weren’t true, urging the people to honor his memory by trying to embrace random acts of kindness.
Angus Cloud Lived His 10 Bonus Years with Creativity & Love
Lisa Cloud, the mother of Euphoria actor Angus Cloud, also talked about his head injury, which miraculously didn’t result in his death but left him with minor brain damage. She emphasized that the following years of his were filled with creativity and love.
Citing his son’s work in Euphoria, Cloud added that he “became a lightning rod for his generation and opened up a conversation about compassion, loyalty, acceptance and love.”
In an interview with Angus Cloud last year, it was revealed to Variety that his mother helped save his life after the head injury he sustained after he fell in a deep construction pit as a teenager. He said, “I would have died,” adding, “They cut my head open, they put some screws and a plate over where I broke my skull.”
Angus said that the damage to his brain was so minor that it’s not even worth talking about. He said even though he wanted to go and sleep after that fall, his mother decided to take him to the hospital, where it was found that the brain injury was in immediate need of attention.

Angus Cloud was widely known for his role as Fezco in an HBO series Euphoria. His family previously revealed that he was struggling with the recent loss of his father, who got one week before the passing of the actor, the specifics of which weren’t disclosed initially.
Just as the grieving mother honored the memory of her son, the actor’s friends, and fans have been offering their outpouring support to the post shared by his mother.
Angus Cloud’s death is also a reminder that mental health is quite important; like his mother said, “Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
The Euphoria star’s death is a tragic loss. He was one talented actor who had a bright future ahead. Even though his friends and family are heartbroken now, they are still grateful for all the love and support they have been receiving during the difficult time.
