Lisa Bonet has officially filed for a divorce from her estranged husband Jason Momoa. Two years back the ex-couple had announced their separation. According to the legal documents obtained by the media outlet People, the Road To Paloma star has mentioned irreconcilable differences for the reason behind the legal separation.
The ex-couple got married in October 2017 and announced their separation in January 2022. The 56-year-old actor shares two kids named Lola and Nakoa Wolf with Jason Momoa. According to the legal filing, Lisa Bonet has not asked for any spousal support.
While announcing their separation in 2022, the estranged couple shared a statement, which mentioned-
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so, we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage.”
They added:
“The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become. Our devotion is unwavering to this sacred life our children. Teaching our children what’s possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail.”
The couple had requested their fans to respect their privacy during one of the times of their life.
