He was making a name for himself gradually only for everything to come tumbling down due to allegations of s*xual assault, showing a cannibalistic desire, and s*x-related kinks.

But things became serious only in 2021 when Armie Hammer was formally accused of s*xual assault and violence by a woman named Effie who revealed that he was the one who first approached her back in 2016 whilst the actor was married to his ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers. The former couple called it quits in 2020. Apart from Effie, his ex-girlfriend Courtney Vucekovich also chimed in with the allegations of s*xual abuse.
According to the leaked texts, the actor had a sadistic and cannibalistic side to him which he has denied. But a 2022, Discovery+ documentary on him explores his family’s history with such issues and this is something that will be tough to get rid of from his image now.
