“Got robbed”: Disappointed Harry Potter Star Calls Out ‘Barbie’ Makers Over Ryan Gosling’s Ken Role
Amid the focus on Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, Tom Felton known for his role as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series, came out with a hilarious update on his social media about not getting a call for Ken’s role played by Ryan Gosling. Felton’s joke is based on the fact that the Character of Malfoy is also known for his sleek blonde hair and the actor’s portrayal has undoubtedly grabbed attention for his good looks.
Taking all this into consideration the 35-year-old seems to have decided to get into the ongoing Barbie hype. Even his fans responded with the same energy.
Tom Felton Complaints About Not Getting A Call For the Role of Ken in Barbie
Right now, there is no doubt about the popularity of Greta Gerwig’s film Barbie starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling among others such as America Ferreira, Simu Liu etc. The blonde and pretty Ken doll played by Gosling seemingly made English actor Tom Felton feel a bit disappointed.

“Kind of p****d I never got a callback #sLYTHERKeN.”
Following this, fans matched his energy and responded with an agreement with one joking, “Got robbed,” while another wrote, “You would’ve been perfect”. Moreover, even former Love Island host Laura Whitmore also had the same thing to say about the whole thing by writing, “could easily have been you”. As for Gerwig’s Barbie, the film was released worldwide on the 21st of July.
