He revealed that the secret to his strong core is kettlebell training. For cardio, Momoa prefers sports like boxing and rock climbing as it helps him to increase his endurance.

Momoa said that the weight training and kettlebells had helped him a lot to have that muscular physique we all enjoy in challenging action scenes. His body-building techniques are impressive; even trainers support them as kettlebells help one develop overall power and athleticism.
