“He tried to kill me”: Khloe Kardashian’s Ex-Flame Lamar Odom Claims Brothel Owner Tried to Kill Him With Overdose, Woke Up With Tubes Sticking Out of His Body
Lamar Odom has had quite the history. He has found it difficult to stay out of the news. And most of the time for all the wrong reasons. The NBA icon has had a history of dabbling with drugs and fooling around with women and the like. And he landed himself in a lot of trouble for that once. In a recent exclusive interview with TMZ, Odom opened up about the truth of the time he had to be admitted to the hospital because of an overdose. Turns out he didn’t overdose that night. Intentionally that is. His overdose was the brainchild of Dennis Hof.
When Lamar Odom’s lifestyle came in the way of his life
Back in 2015, Lamar Odom was ‘enjoying’ his life. He was doing it all, going to all those parties which a lot of people wouldn’t dream of going to, spending his time fooling around with women. He was enjoying his life, knowing little that it was hanging on a knife’s edge. In October 2015, he found himself in a Nevada brothel named The Love Ranch, owned by Dennis Hof.
Odom was there with the intention to make the most of his time. But as fate would have it, he wound up in the hospital from there. The former Los Angeles Lakers player ended up in a coma, where his situation became critical. People thought that his habits had finally caught up with him.
Lamar Odom lived to tell his tale
Even after having suffered 12 strokes and 6 heart attacks, Odom lived. There was one mystery though. It was ruled by the doctors that he OD’d while at The Love Ranch. But he claimed afterward that he didn’t remember doing drugs at all that day.
In TMZ Presents: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians, he went on to say that ending up in the hospital that day was one of the biggest shocks of his life. He said, “I would remember if I did cocaine that night.” He knew what was up – someone was trying to kill him.
It was Dennis Hof
The 43-year-old believed that someone was behind all this. He ended up in the hospital because of taking drugs he didn’t take himself. So it naturally meant that someone else was responsible. And he was dead sure that it was Dennis Hof. He spoke with conviction when he said, “He tried to kill me.”
When asked why his answer was slightly hazy. He said, “I don’t know. This is only what I could tell you. I went there, I didn’t do drugs that night. I wound up with drugs in my system.”
Sadly, as Dennis Hof passed away in 2018, there is no way we can be sure of this. The testimony of a drug addict is hardly more trustworthy than that of a dead man, isn’t it?
