“He’s got a head wound as well”: Jeremy Renner Nearly Passed Away After Getting Crushed By 14000 lbs Pistenbully While Waiting For Medics
More than two weeks after the snowplow incident took place, Jeremy Renner is now recovering at his home. The actor underwent two surgeries, but is expected to have more in the future. He received several serious injuries and it was revealed by sources close to the actor that he almost died in the accident. Although his snow groomer is said to have “extensive” safety features, the accident still occurred. And due to this reason, the area of the accident is being treated as a crime scene. The Hawkeye actor’s right side of the chest met with the heaviest out of all other areas and left him “short of breath”.
Recently, the 911 call log from the day has been revealed by TMZ. And from that, a lot more detail about the accident has come to light. The call was made by Renner’s neighbor who can be heard describing the actor’s condition.
911 Call Log Made By Jeremy Renner’s Neighbour Asking For Help
After Jeremy Renner was run over by his 14,330 lbs Pistonbully snowplow unexpectedly leaving him almost dead, his neighbor came to his aid. Although the name has not been mentioned, the neighbor’s 911 call log after the accident was recently obtained by TMZ. The neighbor can be heard describing Renner’s condition over the phone to an emergency dispatcher. And the details of the injuries that the Hawkeye actor sustained, tell how serious everything was. The individual said,
“He got crushed up on his right side, yeah, his right chest and upper torso. His ribs look like they might be crushed. He’s got a head wound as well.”
Therefore it is not surprising that the Avengers actor will need treatment and recovery time for almost two years. The accident was obviously painful, as Renner could be heard moaning in the background of the 911 call. He also reportedly lost a lot of blood and was drifting away slowly while waiting for an ambulance. The helper did mention that Renner had been “conscious” all the while but was short of breath and in a lot of pain. But luckily he did live to see the next day, but will require more time to get back into good shape.
What Is His Current Condition?
The accident which occurred on 1st January, led to Jeremy Renner getting hospitalized for more than two weeks. During that time he underwent two surgeries. But currently, the Wind River actor is back at his home with his family. The actor updated his fans and well-wishers by writing,
“Outside my brain fog in recovery, I was very excited to watch episode 201 with my family at home”
This is extremely good news after such a terrible incident. However, full recovery will take quite a long time in his case.
