“How is she okay with this?”: Taylor Swift’s Boyfriend Matty Healy’s P*rn Addiction Concerns Her Loyal Fans
Now that Taylor Swift is romantically involved with Matty Healy, he has unsurprisingly come under the scrutiny of Swifties. The two were first linked to each other only a few days ago, following the Red singer’s break up with her longtime boyfriend, Joe Alwyn.
However, Swift’s fans already want her to quit things with Healy as recently, a problematic incident and statement made by The 1975 singer resurfaced online. It has all to do with the type of pornography Healy was caught watching which included disturbing concepts, especially concerning black women.
Therefore, understandably, Swifties do not want her to continue her association with Healy anymore.
Matty Healy’s Past Racist P*ornographic Incident
Celebrities tend to get themselves into hot waters frequently due to the constant exposure to the public and its scrutinizing eyes. Matty Healy, who came into the spotlight recently after the dating news with Taylor Swift, seems to have his fair share of issues. But one particular issue that has fans wanting Swift to quit the new relationship is Healy’s problematic incident involving racist p*rnography.
Back in February, the incident was discussed in an episode of The Adam Friedland Show podcast. One of the co-hosts (Friedland), recalled an incident where he and a female friend of his walked in on Healy watching pornographic content after a party. But what was problematic about the whole thing was the type of content that was on the screen. It turns out that the P*ornographic material had a theme involving the humiliation of black women through s*xual torture.
The 1975 singer also confirmed the incident stating how flustered he had been after getting caught in such an act. Immediately after this podcast interview resurfaced recently, Swifties (Swift’s Fans) heavily criticized Healy. They want the Anti-Hero singer to cut links with Healy as quickly as possible. One fan responded,
“She’s known that man for TEN YEARS and she doesn’t know how problematic and horrible he is?”
While another questioned Swift saying,
“Seriously, it feels like she’s TRYING to get canceled again. How is she okay with this?”
Also, this is not the only time The 1975 singer has come under fire for problematic controversies. Another past footage resurfaced some days ago where he seemed to have been making a Nazi salute at one of his concerts. So it makes sense why Swift’s fans want her to immediately disassociate with Healy.

Although Matty Healy and Taylor Swift recently got linked to each other, the two have known each other for a very long time. The two first met back in 2014 backstage at one of The 1975’s concerts. And there were dating rumors in the air concerning the two at the time as well.
However, Healy denied it and two years later even stated that dating her would be “emasculating”. But recently, contrary to his previous statements, he got involved in a romance with Swift. The romance brewed after the Red singer separated from her longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn earlier in April.
