With Indiana Jones  And The Dial Of Destiny heading towards the theatre, one of the most prominent faces of the franchise looks back on his journey with the multi-million dollar company. The actor in his 80s would be portraying the most famous character of his life for the last time. During an interview with the reputed media outlet The Hollywood Reporter, the actor reflected back on his journey with the Indiana Jones franchise and mentioned-

“I don’t think I’m going to miss anything. I appreciate all of the opportunities that the character has given me. I have been very grateful, and I have enjoyed myself for the 42 years that we’ve been making these.”

On saying goodbye to the franchise by reprising the legendary role after a gap of fifteen years, Harrison Ford expressed his gratitude and said-

“I’m very grateful that we get to do this and that we’ve rounded the corner and brought the character full circle. That’s very important to me. I was very grateful to have to opportunity to make this film, and I’m hoping that all these people will be grateful for it.”

“You suddenly hear from some corner of the set, ‘Let’s shoot this piece of s—. And to me, [it’s that and] the buoyant feeling of working with this wonderful man who I love. I mean, honestly, I really love him very much. He’s irascible, and he can be difficult, and he can be hilarious, and he can be brilliant. It’s a relationship I’ll be grateful for all my life.”

With the fifth chapter, the legendary actor is taking a permanent leave from the adventure drama franchise. Harrison Ford’s Indiana Jones And The Dial of Destiny is set to hit the theatres on June 30, 2023.
