However, amid this, the news of Cavill’s departure from the show after this season has been quite a shock to the fans.
It has been reported that Liam Hemsworth will be taking on the role from season 4 onwards. But the impression that the Man of Steel actor has made on the show’s viewers with his role will be a big shoe to fill for Hemsworth. While another gave their view on Liam Hemsworth taking on the time of Geralt of Rivia saying,
“I actually feel sorry for Hemsworth; what a horrible situation to be in,”
According to reports, Cavill’s decision to leave the show was over some “creative differences”.

A Brief Look at The Witcher Season 3
The full trailer for season 3 of The Witcher was dropped on June 8 and most of the original cast members are seemingly reprising their roles including Henry Cavill. As far as it is now the story will pick up where Season 2 left off. The third season is divided into two parts with the first reading on the 29th of June and the second part on the 27th of July.
And it has also been assured that this won’t be the last season which means season 3 will have cliffhangers to continue in the next season.
