“I didn’t care about learning English”: Bad Bunny Fears Losing Spider-Man Spin-off Role to Pedro Pascal After Refusing to Speak English
The Peurto Rican rapper Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio is popularly known as Bad Bunny. The two-time Grammy award winner has been making headlines for his professional and personal life. The I Like It singer has been in the news for the Spider-Man spin-off named El Muerto. According to an update on the upcoming movie, the singer was supposed to play the antagonist in the upcoming spin-off.

They were recently spotted together at the music festival Coachella. Bad Bunny has been associated with movies like- F9, Cassandra, and Bullet Train. The much-hyped Marvel’s first Latino movie El Muerto is supposed to make a theatrical release in 2024.
Bad Bunny On Losing A Role To Pedro Pascal
Spotify’s most-streamed Artist of 2021, Bad Bunny would be making history. He is supposed to be a part of the spin-off of the Spider-Man named El Muerto. Recently, while giving an update on his acting career, Bad Bunny revealed that he might lose on the part in the movie El Muerto to The Last Of Us actor Pedro Pascal. During an interview with TIME magazine, the singer went on to speak about his presence in the upcoming movie. He said-
“Losing… opportunities. I didn’t care about [learning] English. But now, I think I care. Maybe they’ll switch me out for Pedro Pascal.”
According to the recent developments in the upcoming movie, El Muerto’s production has been halted and Bad Bunny had jokingly mentioned being replaced by Pedro Pascal. Meanwhile, the 29-year-old rapper even confessed that he is not at all nervous about the Coachella music festival. Bad Bunny said-
“Am I supposed to feel something?” he said. “I felt more pressure at the Hiram Bithorn [Stadium in Puerto Rico] than I feel for Coachella.”
The rumors of Bad Bunny being replaced by The Mandalorian actor Pedro Pascal were only given more hype with the rapper talking about it himself. The 47-year-old actor rose to fame with the HBO series The Last Of Us. He went on to become a fan favorite instantly.

Bad Bunny’s personal life is just as interesting as his professional life. The rapper has been linked to the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star, Kendall Jenner. The model and the musician were spotted together at the reputed music festival Coachella.
According to an insider, Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner were spotted getting cozy with each other at the desert music festival. The insider went on to inform the media outlet People-
“They looked very cozy together.”
The couple was spotted together for the first time in February 2023 while leaving a restaurant. The singer had also launched a diss track on his lady love, Kendall Jenner’s ex-partner, the NBA star Devin Booker.
