“I don’t have a partner, I don’t have a plan”: Brie Larson’s Breakup With Boyfriend Elijah Allan-Blitz Has Made Her Completely Open to Exciting Options
Actress Brie Larson is currently preparing for The Marvels, her second solo appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actress’s personal life, on the other hand, is currently a little uncertain. She recently came clean about the situation and said she is no longer dating Elijah Allan-Blitz and is instead single.
Relationship rumors started to spread about Larson and Allan-Blitz in July 2019 after they were spotted kissing. At the time, they remained silent about the rumors, but at the 2020 Oscars, they shared their first red carpet appearance.
Prior to that, the 33-year-old actress was engaged to Alex Greenwald, but they broke it off in 2019. Larson revealed that she is currently single, and jobless, in her Harper’s Bazaar cover interview on March 23. She also said that she is unsure of her future.
She made some startling revelations that left her fans and business insiders perplexed. Many are also concerned for the Academy Award-winning actor. Although she is currently facing difficulties, the Captain Marvel actress has a devoted fan base and they are expecting her to recover.
Brie Larson’s Breakup With Elijah Allan-Blitz
Brie Larson avoids the spotlight when she’s not in front of the camera, but over time, details about her relationships with well-known figures have surfaced. This ultimately caused the actress to attract media attention.
She allegedly dated Cody Linley, a Hannah Montana actor, in 2006, but they broke up a year later. John Patrick Amedori, who had roles in the films Dear White People and The Vatican Tapes, and Larson started dating in 2008. Additionally, he played a minor role in the Larson-starring film Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. However, the couple parted ways in 2012.
Six months later, when the Fast X actress was spotted with Elijah Allan-Blitz (a musician and director), and then, their dating rumors began to circulate. In addition to often posting about each other on social media, the couple made their red carpet-debut at the 2020 Oscars.
Along with a few other projects, Larson and Allan-Blitz collaborated on the short film, Remembering and the Emmy-winning interactive program, The Messy Truth in VR.
But in a March 23 cover interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Larson said the two had broken up. When questioned about her plans, both personally and professionally, she responded that she is “completely open.”
“I don’t have a next job. I don’t have a home. I don’t have a partner. I don’t have a plan,” Larson explained. “I’m just completely open.”
‘I have to live with myself in a way that nobody else has to’
Brie Larson admitted to having “normal fears” as a single woman in her 30s.
Even at age 33, she admitted that “certain existential questions come up” and that she sometimes feels insecure. “I think I’m not enough, or I have a hard time asking for help or speaking up for myself in relationships.”
But ultimately, she is the one who must live with her choices, according to the 21 Jump Street actor. “What I always come back to is, I have to live with myself in a way that nobody else has to. The choices I make, I have to live with, whether I regret them or not.”
While the 13 Going on 30 star is eager to see what the future holds for her, we can’t wait to see her play Captain Marvel once again in The Marvels.
The Marvels is scheduled for release in the US on November 10, 2023.
