“I don’t stay single for long”: Katy Perry Reveals How Long She Has Gone Without S*x Despite Being One of the Most Attractive Celebs in the World

However, the Queen of Camp has been through several ups and downs in her past relationships, having experienced a short marriage with her ex-husband Russell Brand as well, one that only lasted a couple of years. Back in 2014, the American Idol judge opened up about her breakups and singlehood and shared slices of her life with her fans.
A broken marriage that helped shape future relationships
Katy Perry became Cosmopolitan’s first global cover girl in 2014 and was interviewed by comedian, and talk show host Chelsea Handler. The Dark Horse singer opened up about her broken marriage with Russell Brand and how it made her more mature.
“Sometimes you have to go through all this s–t to get your grips on life and figure out what the next boundaries in your love life are going to be. You have to go through the mud in order to find that peaceful place. In the long run, it was necessary for me to have more of a teammate.”
However, Brand is not the only ex-lover who was brought up during the interview.
