On Thursday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 41, shared on Kourtney’s Poosh lifestyle blog that a plant-based diet had been crucial in keeping her psoriasis in check. And that was also down to her vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free tacos. “I eat them at least once a week,” said Kardashian.
She revealed that these were crucial for combating her skin condition. She has been open about her struggles with skincare, which cause visible red and scaly patches on the skin to appear.

Kim Kardashian shares how she manages to stick to a plant-based diet
Kim Kardashian’s skin condition makes sure that she has to stick to a plant-based diet, even if she’s eating outside. And she has disclosed that it is a real struggle for her. If the menu is not strictly vegan/plant-based, she still makes an effort to stick to her prescribed diet. She said, “I just do my best to stay as plant-based as possible.”
She further recommended taking sea-moss smoothies. They are a drink that might prove particularly useful when it comes to treating psoriasis. It is because “they’re very anti-inflammatory.”
Kim K’s cheat day
Exercising control over her diet is a real struggle for her, no doubt about that. But Kim Kardashian won’t mind making an exception in one exclusive case. She’ll change her diet, in case it’s a cheat day.
Her go-to cheat meal is pizza. She also said, “And if I’m in the mood for something sweet, I love doughnuts.”
But her diet of choice is still plant-based products, which according to her have not only helped Kardashian’s skin condition but also other areas of her life as well.
