‘I feel like he’s trying to kill me’: Britney Spears Now Deleted Texts Reveal Her Psychopathic Monster Father Gave Her Life-Threatening Drugs During Conservatorship
Britney Spears finally escaped her conservatorship after 14 years last year. The pop singer has been celebrating her freedom ever since and recently tied the knot with Iranian-American model Sam Asghari. The two went all out for their celebrations during their wedding. However, now that the celebrations are over, Britney Spears is opening up about her traumatic experiences with the conservatorship.
Britney Spears shares screenshots of texts that depict the horrors of her conservatorship
The singer recently shared a couple of screenshots of her texts to her mom and her friend, Jansen Fitzgerald, on Instagram. The screenshots were of the time the singer was forced into a mental health facility in 2019. Some of her texts to her mother read,
“He was saying he wants to UP the seraquil [sic] and I’m like whoaaaaaaa horsey go f–k yourslwf [sic].
“Seraquil I thought was a sleep aid but it’s for bipolar and is WAAAAAY Stronger than lithium.”
The singer was referring to a drug, Seroquel, which is prescribed to people suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Britney Spears says that her conservatorship almost killed her
The texts revealed the seriousness of the situation and read,
“I literally feel alll [sic] the sick medicine in my stomach. I feel like he’s trying to kill me. I swear to god I do.”
The singer also revealed that her mother did not respond to her texts at the time, but she did meet the singer after she checked out of the facility. During the meeting, the singer’s mother said to her,
“You should have let me visit you and give you a hug.”
Britney Spears’ friend abandoned her when she was suffering during her conservatorship
The “Baby One More Time” singer was so desperate to get help, that she texted her friend, Jansen Fitzgerald, asking her friend for the number of a lawyer. One of the singer’s texts to her friend read,
“I have a feeling you will say I will be ok but it still doesn’t make sense.”
The singer stated that she did not hear back from her friend either.
The lack of response from both her mother and her friend probably left the singer feeling alone and scared. Hopefully, the singer is recovering now that she is free from the clutches of her father, who was so abusive that he even bugged her bedroom.
