The Walter White of Hollywood Bryan Cranston is undoubtedly one of the most talented actors in the industry. Even after Breaking Bad came to an end almost a decade ago, the 67-year-old is still remembered as a disciplined Chemistry teacher. He would be seen in Henry Cavill’s much-hyped spy movie Argylle which is gradually inching towards its theatrical release in February. During a recent appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Bryan Cranston spoke about landing at Drake’s birthday party on his 37th birthday.

“I also bartended at Drake’s 37th birthday.”

Colbert took out a photo from Drake’s birthday party. He went on to ask-

“Is that what it is? Here You are and Aaron Paul bartending at Drake’s 37th birthday. Did Drake just call you to Bartend at his birthday?”

Cranston mentioned that he had called the caterers as the actor’s strike was going on. He clarified-

“I needed a gig. I was bartending, just to pick up a few bucks.”

Bryan Cranston would be seen in Matthew Vaughn’s directed Argylle. Reputed actors like Samuel L. Jackson, Dua Lipa, Bryce Dallas Howard, Henry Cavill, and Sam Rockwell will be seen in the upcoming spy movie.

Bryan Cranston Pulled A Dangerous Stunt During The Filming Of Malcolm In the Middle

During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Bryan Cranston spoke about experiencing a near-death experience during the making of Malcolm In the Middle. He revealed that his body stopped responding after he had to paint himself blue to depict his character’s depression.

The Argylle actor mentioned that as his skin pores were sealed with the paint, he almost fainted as his body temperature went on to rise due to the bright lights on the set. No doubt, this scene is still one of the most talked about with respect to the widely watched American sitcom. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, Cranston said-

“I was completely covered in blue paint. Completely, head to toe, in blue paint.”

Bryce Dallas Howard was also present at the show along with Bryan Cranston. The actor pointed out the potential dangers of paint and even cited actor Shirley Eaton’s example. Eaton died of asphyxiation after covering herself with gold paint for the 1964 James Bond movie Goldfinger. Cranston even said-

“It’s not safe because your body can’t regulate the heat if you’re covering up all your pores.”

Even acting comes with its own set of advantages and disadvantages and actors like Bryan Cranston are so dedicated to their project that they can go to any length for the perfect shot.
