The Johnny Depp versus Amber Heard trial is near its end with the jury thriving towards delivering the verdict. While it has been quite a lopsided affair, Mr. Depp seems to be winning this battle in court anytime soon. While affirmative proof of defamation could have been a tall order for Depp, Heard and her team certainly made it easier. They’ve stumbled at every moment, lied, and have just looked foolish in front of Depp’s legal team.

Comedian And Podcast Host Joe Rogan Believes That It Is 100% A Smear Campaign

During the trial, Amber Heard lied that she donated $7 million to charity. However, Camille Vasquez, Depp’s attorney, decided not to let go Amber away with it. Multiple times, Camille echoed that Amber pledged the dollars to get a mortgage for her house. With that being said, Rogan believes that Johnny Depp is going to win as Heard and her legal team has dug their own space that was built on a lie.

While the jury deliberates, I believe many Americans feel the same.
