Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Tom Brady has decided that he will leave all his woes and regrets behind in 2022. His team has seen better days and he plans on winning more titles in 2023. The athlete recently talked about his performance throughout 2022 on the Let’s Go! podcast. The NFL star ended his marriage with model Gisele Bündchen after being together for roughly 15 years. The two met back in 2006 and reportedly started dating in December of that year. They eventually got married in February 2009 and were together until announcing their divorce this October. The breakup has allegedly opened the athlete’s eyes, as he plans to prioritize things that are more important to him.
Tom Brady talked about his mistakes in 2022
Professional American football player Tom Brady recently talked about his career on the Let’s Go! podcast with legendary former Arizona Cardinals player Larry Fitzgerald. Talking about the mistakes that he made in 2022, the athlete said,
“You know, I think what I really realized last year was you gotta be really sure to do that. And for me, you know, a lot of people have kind of gone through this situation. I’m going to take my time whenever that time does come.”
His fans speculate that the athlete was talking about his retirement plans. It seems like he does not plan on leaving the sport anytime soon. Although, his short retirement stint earlier this year may have cost him his marriage.
The athlete’s marriage came to an end in October
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen got married in 2009, almost three years after Brady ended his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan. The two were married for roughly 13 years and in October 2022, Brady released an official statement announcing that their marriage has come to an end. The real reason behind the divorce was not confirmed, however, sources close to the couple revealed the athlete’s dedication to the sport could be the reason behind their split.
Brady announced in February 2022 that he is retiring from NFL to spend more time with his family but just six weeks later, he changed his mind as he announced that he is returning to the sport. The model wanted him to spend more time with his family.
