It’s been over two years since Johnny Depp’s argument with his ex-wife Amber Heard made headlines across the world and has yet to fade. Following the trial in which Depp was found to be a ‘wife beater’ in his U.K libel lawsuit against the British publication which resulted in Depp’s defeat.
Later in 2022, The two squared off in the US defamation case in which the Pirates of the Caribbean actor sued Amber Heard, and she replied with suing him back. It turned out to be Depp’s day, as he triumphed this time, leaving Heard to bear the losses.

Johnny Depp thanked social media content creator Andy Signore for his unwavering support during the Amber Heard defamation trial. During a backstage interview with Signore, the Pirates of the Caribbean star referred to the six-week trial as a “horror show.”
Andy Signore, who owns the YouTube channel Popcorned Planet, backed Johnny Depp while he was fighting with his ex-wife in court over domestic violence charges. Depp met Signore at a recent concert in Las Vegas, where he praised the show’s presenter and all of his fans for their support throughout the high-profile defamation lawsuit.
“You guys are the warriors. It stunned me that all of you got together and lifted me above the horror show,” the Edward Scissorhands actor said. “I can only say thank you from the very recesses of my being, for everything. For all your support, thank you,”
Andy Signore’s remarks touched Johnny Depp, who not only referred to the entire program as a ‘horror show’ but also thanked him and other fans for their support.

Andy Signore revealed after the footage aired that he spent approximately an hour conversing with the Hollywood figure, but he would not display the private conversation out of respect for the celebrity. He did say, though, that Johnny Depp was “very open and honest” with them and that the Edward Scissorhands actor is “everything you want him to be.”
Since his ex-wife Amber Heard’s trial finished in early June, Johnny Depp, 59, has been traveling around the world with Jeff Beck. After a lengthy trial in Fairfax County District Court in June, the jury found Heard guilty of defaming Depp on all three counts and awarded him $10 million in compensation and $5 million in punitive damages. Heard was awarded $2 million in compensatory damages but got no civil penalties.
