During an interview with the reputed media outlet Variety in December 2013, Geoge Clooney spoke about his movie Boys In The Boat, Oceans 11’s prequel, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. The versatile actor gave a green signal to the Barbie stars with respect to the upcoming sequel of Oceans 11.

Margot Robbie On Her Character Naomi Lapaglia From The Wolf Of Wall Street
Margot Robbie rose to fame with Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf Of Wall Street in 2013. According to the actor, she felt quite intimidated by her co-star Leonardo DiCaprio, and after the audition, she lacked the confidence to bag the role of Naomi Lapaglia. During an interview with The Telegraph in 2014, the actor spoke about her character. She said
“Her body is her only form of currency in this world. So when Marty was trying to help me out, and said in the scene where she seduces Jordan perhaps I could have a robe on, I said she wouldn’t. She has to be naked. I had a couple of shots of tequila before that scene because I was nervous – very, very nervous.”
The Barbie actor was quite apprehensive that the character of Naomi Lapaglia would not be liked by the audience. During an interview with the Wonderland Magazine in 2017, the actor said-
“When I was playing Naomi in The Wolf of Wolf Street, it was so high-tempo s*xy. I was acutely aware that the line in the screenplay was ‘the hottest blonde ever.’ I was just terrified that people would see the movie and think, ‘Eugh! She’s not that great.'”
The Wolf of Wall Street not only brought Margot Robbie to the Hollywood spotlight but also helped her construct a path in the entertainment industry. With an IMDb rating of 8.2 out of 10, the Leonardo DiCaprio-led biopic saga went on to secure a box office collection of $406.9 million against a budget of $100 million.
The Wolf Of Wall Street can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
