A recent Instagram video uploaded by Madonna has netizens shocked. She has been criticized for the way she appeared in the video. This is not the first time Madonna has received a backlash on her appearance. The latest picture has the critics shocked at her appearance. Words like “ Freaky” and “Monster” are being used to comment on the picture. However, While the artist has been receiving an influx of hateful comments and messages, the fans are defending her with all they can.

Why is Madonna Getting Trolled for Her New Look?
A few days ago, Madonna uploaded a picture of her new look on her Instagram page. The Like A Prayer singer has had choppy pink hairdo, bleach-blonde eyebrows and a pouty lip. Her facial bone structure seemed more heart-shaped than before. After the video was up on internet and open for people to judge an influx of comments started pouring in. One user wrote,
“I’m sorry… but this looks scary. You were beautiful just the way you were. Sad that so many women fall victim to wanting to look 20 forever and go overboard with fillers and surgery,”
Another wrote how she looked nothing like Madonna,
“You don´t look like Madonna anymore…. :-(,” one Instagram user wrote in the comments section of the post.”
Agreeing to that, another user commented,
“That isn’t Madonna is it? What happened to her? She looks nothin [sic] like she used to,”
Comments came from critics saying her new look was shocking and she looked unrecognizable and horrifying.
A comment on the video read,
“Halloween came early”
The queen of pop has also been criticized for getting too much plastic surgery.
The Material Girl artist received criticism on her looks back in April when she posted a tiktok video. Her look left her fans concerned as she looked very different. But, Madonna looked like herself when she was spotted in London earlier in March this year. Another criticism came when she posted a picture of herself which apparently suggested she was coming out as gay.
Fans came to Madonna’s Defense Against trolls
Following the influx of negative comments from trolls and critics alike, fans have come to the Queen of Pop’s rescue. Fan wrote,
“Absurd ppl [sic] criticizing M with 64 old… do you criticize your mother? Bc [sic] she’s mother and have same time of our mothers. Respect and less hate to ladies bc [sic] maybe you never know and probably never will know what love is… ”
Another another fan defended the artist writing,
“this new hair is wonderful,”
And other comments such as “Still sexy”, and “Beautiful Madonna” were also being posted in defense for the pop singer.
Fans have said that people should stop judging and mind their own business.
