“I’m the only person to come back to number one”: Kanye West Enters Kendrick Lamar vs Drake Fight With Another Bizarre Post by Dissing Both Rappers
It takes great work to make up for all the lost glory due to erratic behaviors and irrational rants. With the recent ladder to number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100s, Kanye West has made a comeback to the world of music with Carnival out of his Vultures album. Despite all the drama surrounding his ex-wife and kids with his current wife, he has achieved the feat and is reveling in its joy. Seems like there is no coming down from the top as West shows off this achievement and raises many eyebrows.
Kanye West’s Latest Claim of Being the Rap G.O.A.T.
It didn’t take much time for the newfound success to make its way into Kanye West’s head as he believes himself to be the best rapper there is. This claim came amidst the growing beef between Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Metro. Rap is considered a competitive sport in the confines of the music industry and every artist out there vie for the ultimate title of being a rap G.O.A.T.
Moreover, it’s not uncommon for rappers to call out their competitors in their songs as they lay out all the issues in the lyrics with a melodious accompaniment. This gives fans a chance to analyze the songs and see who’s taking a dig at whom. Apparently, West likes to be heard loud and clear, so he took to Instagram to voice his opinion rather than carefully veiling them in his songs. In the post, he wrote,
“Everyone knows I washed Kendrick on No More Parties in LA. Everyone knows I washed Drake at the Free Hoover Concert. Everyone knows I brought Adidas into this culture and I took them out. I made Yeezus, Dark Fantasy, Pablo, Graduation, Throne, 808s. I made Runaway, Devil in a New Dress, and Father Stretch. I am the only person to come back to number one after cancelation. There is only one goat. I stand by me. My friends call me Ye.”
West may not be the best husband or father out there, but he seems to believe that he is indeed the best entrepreneur and rapper in the industry. He listed out all his achievements and wished to remind his followers of how he had been able to make such a glorious comeback. Despite numerous cancellations and backlash received over his rants, fans seem to love his music and gave him a chance at redemption.

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s Feud Explained
Since rappers like hurling insults through their music and making bold claims, it usually starts with friendly banter and a few comments here and there. But what happened with Drake and Kendrick Lamar soon evolved into a volcanic eruption. Lamar was featured in Future and Metro Boomin’s We Don’t Trust You album where he claimed that there are no big three rappers, but only one being him. Many fans claim the three best rappers are Drake, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar.
Drake and Lamar were not always rivals. In fact, they began their careers around the same time and even collaborated on a few songs. However, with their growing fame and stardom, their egos grew as well and their friendship was rewritten as an evolving rivalry. They haven’t stopped dissing each other through songs and every new album seems to hide an easter egg giving fans an update on their rocky relationship.
