Industry Insider Claims The Flash Sequel Won’t be Greenlit as Script Was Written Before James Gunn Became DCU CEO: “It was written pre-Gunn. Means nothing”

There have been claims that if the sequel is made, it won’t have the same cast. The fact that the lead protagonist, Ezra Miller, won’t appear in the sequel has made fans lose hope in the project. Moreover, there have been speculations that the script for the movie was written before DC announced its new CEO.

However, fans are seemingly not convinced by the news, as there are fans who believe that if the script is finished before James Gunn joins DC as CEO, then it may not have the same impact.
