Actor Steven Yeun, who was widely rumored to be playing Senty in the MCU films, voiced the titular character Mark Grayson or Invinlcibel in the TV show, and soon after the announcement of the live-action, many fans believed that Yeun would appear as Mark.

However, Robert Kirkman has already cast the actor in another significant role of Cecil Stedman, the head of the Global Defense Agency. While speaking about Invincible season 2, Kirkman acknowledged the delays in the film’s production due to Hollywood strikes, and various other issues. He said (via IGN):

“It’s going through the pipeline slowly… it’s all very exciting but it’s not something that we’re rushing…  I can’t wait for everyone to see Steven Yeun as Cecil Stedman.”

Robert Kirkman’s statement has cleared out that he has no plans to cast Steven Yeun as Mark Grayson but another prominent character Cecil Stedman. However, there are very few details about the film, and who knows if the creator changes his mind. Casting Yeun as Cecil would be a huge change since the actor is experienced in slaying the main hero.
