How is Gwyneth Paltrow Linked With The Ski Crash Incident?
The Iron Man star back in 2016 collided with Terry Sanderson, a retired optometrist at the Deer Valley Resort in Utah, United States. The latter blamed the actress for the collision and filed a lawsuit demanding $300,000 in damages.
He claimed that her reckless behavior resulted in the collision that broke his ribs and left him with a concussion.
In a recent proceeding, Terry Sanderson’s attorneys went on to say-
In the lawsuit, the retired optometrist’s lawyers claimed that her “out of control” skiing knocked him “down hard, knocking him out, and causing a brain injury, four broken ribs, and other serious injuries.”
As per the lawsuit, the actress “turned and skied” away even when she saw him lying seriously injured due to that collision.
However, Paltrow countersued Sanderson for $1 and attorney fees adding that he was the one to blame for the incident as he caused the crash. She also shared that the lawsuit by the victim is just an effort to exploit her wealth due to her celebrity status.
