It’s been roughly six months since former athlete Tom Brady and model Gisele Bündchen ended their marriage. They were together for about 13 years and share two children, Benjamin and Vivian. Since their split, the two have been romantically linked to several celebrities, however, there are still no official confirmations.
Tom Brady also decided to leave his American Football days behind as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star announced his retirement from the sport in February 2023. Their divorce proceedings were quite swift as they quickly reached a conclusion. Last month, Bündchen opened up on her divorce from Brady, describing it as “the death of my dream.”

Model Gisele Bündchen posted a positive uplifting message on her Instagram, roughly six months after she ended her marriage with former athlete Tom Brady. The model posted a picture of her smelling pink tropical flowers and captioned it,
“The same storm that knocks down the leaves, also makes the seeds sprout.💕”
The past few months were quite rough for both of them as it is really not easy to walk away from a 13-year-long marriage. Now, it seems like the model is feeling optimistic.

The model explained that the divorce felt like “a death and a rebirth“
Gisele Bündchen previously told Vanity Fair for its April cover issue that her divorce from Tom Brady felt like a fresh start. The model explained,
“It’s like a death and a rebirth. It’s tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know? I believed in fairy tales when I was a kid. I think it’s beautiful to believe in that. I mean, I’m so grateful I did.”
In the same interview, Bündchen also claimed that the split felt like “the death of my dream.” The official reason behind their split was never revealed, however, sources claimed that Brady’s dedication to American Football could’ve been the issue.
Did Gisele Bündchen force Tom Brady to retire?
In February 2023, Tom Brady announced that he is retiring from American football. The news was quite saddening for his fans as he is one of the best football players of all time. At the time, several people accused Gisele Bündchen of forcing Tom Brady to retire as rumors spread around claiming that Bündchen decided to end their marriage because Tom Brady didn’t spend time with his family due to his dedication towards the sport. The model acknowledged the hate recently,
“I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever. If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want all his dreams to come true.”
Tom Brady first announced his retirement from the sport in February 2022, however, just 40 days later, he revealed that he is returning to the field. Now, his fans are wondering if he decides to unretire again.
