Jada Smith Cried and Got Emotional After Feeling a Deep Connection With Will Smith Thanks to David Blaine

While many might be wondering about the score between Jada Smith and her husband Will Smith, the actress recently recalled a time when she couldn’t stop being emotional and deeply felt for her husband. During the Off Menu podcast, the Scream star mentioned a magic trick performed by David Blaine on the Men in Black star, which affected his wife deeply.

Jada Smith mentioned the deep connection she felt and the “crazy experience” she had during the magic trick. She playfully mentioned that since Blaine performed a trick on them, that resulted in high emotions and a deep connection with Will Smith, Jada Pinkett hasn’t been able to stay away from Will Smith. The actress said:

“[Blaine] did something so crazy with Will and I… He touched Will’s shoulder and I felt it but Will didn’t.”

While explaining how the illusionist managed to connect Jada Smith with her husband without touching her, she added:

“I cried, it was emotional… Blaine was showing the connection between us and I haven’t been able to get away from Will since showing that connection.”

The Angel Has Fallen star then humorously mentions sticking with Will Smith ever since the magic trick was performed. She also shed light on the infamous Oscar slap, that the incident helped her continue her marriage with Will Smith. Though the couple is still working on their relationship, things have been a little better after Pinkett Smith witnessed Will Smith’s strong actions after Chris Rock joked about her hairstyle.

Jada Smith and her family have lost their “furry son” Fang who was a 15-year-old dog. The actress shared a series of pictures of Fang over the years. In her Instagram post, Pinkett Smith paid tribute to her dog and wrote:

“Last night we lost one of our furry sons Fang. He brought so much love into our family, our animal pack and community. Thank you Fang for 15 years of pure joy. We are going to miss you soooooo much.” 

Fans couldn’t stop expressing their kind words and support for Fang’s family through the comment section. Two of the shared pictures include Pinkett Smith hiking with her four-legged friend, and an adorable video where he’s walking on the snow.

Last year, Will Smith and his family received immense attention over Jada Smith’s revelations that the long-standing couple almost ended their marriage until she witnessed the 2022 Oscars incident. According to Daily Mail, Smith and his wife recently had a dinner date at the celebrity hot spot Nobu Malibu. They were spotted leaving and arriving in separate cars.
