Jen Shah’s Husband Sharrieff Shah Sr. Asks Judge to Be Lenient on ‘Real Housewives’ Star, Says Wife Made ‘Catastrophically Bad Decisions’ By Scamming the Elderly
Jen Shah, arrested in 2021 on federal allegations of wire fraud and money laundering in a telemarketing scheme, will receive her final verdict on January 6, 2023. The actress and her assistant Stuart Smith were charged with the allegations. She kept insisting to her RHOSLC cast mates that she was innocent. Stuart subsequently amended his plea to guilty. Stuart appeared to be ready to reveal all there was to know about the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star.
Since then, the 49-year-old star has pleaded guilty in front of the court and admitted to the judge that her actions were wrong and illegal. In a new letter by the Tv personality, she requested the judge to reduce her sentence. Now even her husband, Sharrieff Shah Sr., is making the same plea to the judge.

Sharrieff Shah Sr. husband, of Jen Shah, has taken the mantle for his wife’s forgiveness and pleaded to the court. He submitted a six-page long letter to the court mentioning the reasons why his wife committed the crime. He told the court his wife have expressed genuine remorse to him about the incident.
The college football coach stated,
“Jen has never been arrested or detained for any crime. My wife’s current legal predicament was caused by a confluence of events that came together at various points, which caused her to spiral out of control.”
He also pointed out that the actress took the first step and accepted her actions and indulgence in the crime. He wrote the judge that, Shah’s involvement in the crime was because she was doing business with awful people and taking catastrophically bad business decisions.
The 51-year-old went on to explain that his wife is a committed mother. He even took the on himself, saying his wife’s poor choices were brought on by his continual travel and absence from the house.
The final sentence regarding Jen Shah’s fraud is set to be held on January 6, 2023.

They also stressed how her husband and their kids have already experienced embarrassment, anxiety, and shame as a result of the case.
