Julien Solomita recently informed his followers on his Instagram story and claimed that the stalker had been harassing them for two months. On the occasion of their new beginnings in 2023, the newlywed couple is shocked by this frightening incident.
After nine years of dating, Julien Solomita and former YouTuber tied the knot as YouTuber’s husband shared a few candid pictures on his Instagram handle around a week ago. Former YouTuber Jenna Marbles announced her departure from the platform to 20 million subscribers in her last video, uploaded on June 2020. YouTubers use social media video platforms to provide their audiences with entertainment, connection, and community, and she was highly connected to her audience there. She left her fans in deep shock by this announcement and disappeared for a long time.
Unknown Stalker Broke Into YouTuber Jenna Marbles’ House
The 36-year-old Jenna Nicole Mourey was born in Rochester, New York, and is best known for her YouTube channel as JennaMarbles, which has around 20 million subscribers. She joined YouTube in February 2010 and left the platform in June 2020 due to some crisis over her few old videos. Recently she married Julien Solomita, who is also a content creator and a radio programmer.
The newlywed couple faced a terrifying start this year as a stalker broke into their house in Los Angeles on Monday night, and police also were called after the incident. Solomita shared his candid statement on his Instagram story about this frightening incident.
He wrote,
“Today, someone broke into our house. [A] woman that we don’t know entered our home unannounced. Upon her entering our back door, I immediately subdued her with OC/pepper spray and was able to lock her out. I called the police, and she was apprehended and arrested.”
He further wrote,
“Jenna, the dogs, and myself are safe. While the person is a complete stranger to me, they have been harassing me at my home throughout the last two months. This was something that, for safety reasons, I was doing my best to keep offline, but we were notified that a media outlet had information on today’s event and is planning on running a story, so I wanted you to hear what happened from me first.”
An LAPD spokesperson confirmed that a woman was arrested at the address listed for the couple on January 2nd, 2022. In letting their fans know they were safe after this incident, he provided great relief. According to sources, the woman broke into their house twice on Monday, and Solomita pepper-sprayed her. The stalker is in the hospital now, and she will be booked for this stalking incident when she will get discharged.
Why Did Jenna Marbles Leave YouTube?
The YouTube personality Jenna Marbles entertained fans for over a decade. Her funny, lighthearted, and often self-deprecating videos became famous after she joined the platform in 2010. Additionally, she performed skits, cooked, and played with her dogs in her vlogs. As time went on, she became one of the biggest creators on the platform and the favorite one.
Approximately ten years later, she shocked her subscribers by announcing she was leaving the platform and stopped making videos. She ended up on YouTube by uploading her last video on June 2020. During her apology video, she stated that her few old videos could be considered shameful by the current scenario at the time and offend people despite being entertaining. Later, she disappeared from the platform and came to light after her engagement and wedding news.
