Jennifer Lopez Nearly Got a Pair of Rolls-Royces as Her Wedding Gift from Ex-partner Diddy Despite Leaving Him for Ben Affleck
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship before they finally got together was like two lost souls living in a fish bowl. None of the super-stars could give up on each other, despite their tragic breakup in 2004. After an almost two-decade gap between their first relationship and the present one, Lopez and Affleck have only come out more mature, and stronger. But again, a lot of hearts were broken in this process, and the Hispanic actress’ ex-partner, Diddy, perhaps, tops the list.
Even though Jennifer Lopez left Sean Love Comb, professionally known as Diddy, as she started dating the multiple-Academy Awards-winning actor for the first time, the American rapper didn’t keep any hard feelings! He reportedly got not one, but two Rolls-Royces for the gorgeous couple. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be, and Lopez went on to marry Marc Anthony the same year she spilt from Affleck.
Diddy Is A Bigger Man Than His Heartbreak!
Before romancing her present-day lover, Ben Affleck, in the 2000s, Jennifer Lopez and Diddy were considered a power couple. The two artists were known for their iconic dress-up, becoming an inspiration for younger fans. But then Lopez fell out of love with Diddy after meeting Affleck on the set of Gigli. Though the movie failed to do much at the box office, it did ignite a passion between the two stars.
But, the bigger man in all of this was Lopez’s ex, Diddy. Despite leaving him for the Pearl Harbor star, Diddy kept no hard feelings and decided to give a “pair of Rolls-Royces” to the famous pair who got married in 2005. We do not really know what the idea behind this bizarre gift was, but Diddy did mention back then that he won’t be present at the ceremony to personally deliver their presentations.
Sadly, Lopez and Ben Affleck broke up their engagement in 2004 whilst excessive media attention. The Out of Sight actress and Changing Lanes actor finally tied the knot in an intimate Las Vegas wedding last year. As for Diddy, in December 2022, the rapper gifted a Range Rover to Lopez’s daughter, and Affleck didn’t like it at all.
A Much-Awaited Happily Ever After For Bennifer
The ups and downs in Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s life finally came to an end in 2021, which truly became the year of Beniffer. Lopez ended her engagement with Alex Rodriguez and Affleck broke up with Ana de Armas, bringing the wandering lovers back in each other’s arms. Previously, Lopez expressed in an interview with Zane Lowe:
“I’m super happy … I know people are always wondering, How are you? What’s going on? Are you OK? This is it. I’ve never been better. And I want my people who care about me, because I care about them so much, to know that I’ve really gotten to a place in my life where I’m great on my own.
And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again. And I love all the love that’s coming my way right now and all of the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it’s the best time. It’s the best time of my life.”
Before finally settling with her lost lover, Jennifer Lopez got married four times, which includes a failed married to Affleck himself. Lopez was married to Ojani Noa from 1997-1998, Cris Judd from 2001-2003, and Marc Anthony from 2004-2014. It is reported that Affleck and Lopez’s marriage is once again in trouble.
