Kanye West Proves Celebs Are Above the Law as LA City Attorney Decides To Not File Case Against Ye for Brutally Punching a Fan
Kanye West is an American rapper and songwriter. The Yeezy collaborator and entrepreneur was in the news last year because of his comments and statements over his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. After she started dating the comedian, Pete Davidson, the Donda rapper did not take it well and made a variety of comments regarding their relationship. Well, it seems like Ye has been in trouble for always being vocal about things he does not like. West punched a fan back in January 2022, which caused quite a ruckus back then.

Kanye West punched a Fan in Los Angeles
According to sources, it was reported that Kanye West punched a fan back on January 13, 2022, when he was visiting his then-girlfriend Julia Fox in LA. It was reported that a fan saw West sitting in his car outside a nightclub and went up to him to get his autograph. They got into a heated argument and words were said that shouldn’t have been. Fans told the police that Ye jumped out of his car and punched the fan sending him to the ground. The fan then later filed an official complaint against the Runaway rapper.
LA City Attorney has decided that Ye will not be charged
In recent news, it was reported that Ye will not be charged for the incident. A spokesperson for LA City Attorney Mike Feuer said, “after a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction.” It’s decisions like these that really make one wonder if the celebs are above the law. Had it been a common person without any fan following, the attorney definitely would have charged them for misdemeanor and battery.
