The Flash movie trailer is finally released! Ezra Miller was cast as Barry Allen in the DCEU way back in 2014 but his debut came in 2016’s Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. His solo movie was sadly delayed. But now the things have moved forward and there are some surprising turns and one of them includes that Michale Keaton returns as Batman from the 1989 Tim Burton Batman movie.

Ben Affleck is playing Batman in The Flash as well with Sasha Calle making her debut as Supergirl!

The Flash

Apart from other characters returning to their characters or new additions, there is still a great deal to be excited about with The Flash movie not least of which is the multiverse- exploring the story and of course the return of Keaton as Batman more than 30 years after the first time he had worn the Batsuit. A new video now reveals footage from the DC film.

The Flash movie trailer was revealed during the DC FanDome 2021. Have a look at the video below:

Miller introduced the “The Flash” movie teaser trailer and he specifically stated that it’s neither a trailer nor a teaser but it’s enough footage from the upcoming DC film to provide a good first look. The movie trailer teases the film’s storyline by showing Barry Allen go back in time to visit his mother and established the multiverse by introducing a second version of Barry Allen (played by Miller as well)

Additionally, Keaton’s Batman return is also teased with a shot of his cowl in Batcave and Calle’s Supergirl also appears in a shot with two Barrys.

DCEU
Two Barry Allens

Fans are excited to see the return of Keaton’s Batman even though only His Batsuit cowl is revealed. The shot of his Batman in Batcave goes on to not only confirm his return but also his locations and his universe will also appear in The Flash. The two Barry Allens in the movie were something that was teased through the unofficial set photos from the production; so the fans were low-key expecting the same.

We do not know where exactly the Barry with longer hair comes from but he is surely from the other universe and maybe from Keaton’s! Affleck’s Batman isn’t teased much so maybe he has a very short role. Fans can expect the full movie trailer next year!
