Kim Kardashian has added another property to her list of estates. She has bought a sprawling beachside house in Malibu for a whopping $70.4 million, Malibu’s most expensive real estate closing this year. Now Kim K is going to be neighbors with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond. The estate has had quite a glamorous history as well, as it was once resided by Cindy Crawford, who sold it in 2018 for $45 million. The last owners of the estate were investor Adam Weiss and his wife, actress Barret Swatek, who had initially listed the property for sale at a $99.5 million asking price.

Kim K‘s latest purchase is a luxurious abode. A 7,450-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa, on a hidden 3.18-acre ground, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Encinal Bluffs. The estate flaunts numerous wraparound decks, patios, a private way to a secluded beach, a tennis court, a poolside cabana with an outdoor fireplace, a fire pit area, and a spa. All this with a mesmerizing ocean view.
The beach house is just as impressive from the inside, with four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, modern interiors, and a design that offers a perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. In addition to all this, there is also a proper suite with a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, and a vaulted-ceiling gym.

Being the 4th most expensive real estate closing in California this year, Kim K’s latest acquirement is definitely turning heads. But what is also a head-turner is the fact that Kanye West has a home merely 14 miles away from Kim’s new property.
Kanye West has started to renovate his own beach house as well, which was completely demolished during a restoration project over the summer. The timing does seem uncanny, and the internet is aware of West’s hardcore belief that he will be reunited with his ex-wife someday. Several times, rumors and possibilities of a reunion have hit the street but to no avail so far. However, living close by might lead to that filling of the void that West has been attempting for so long.
