Kit Harington “Terrified” of Parenthood After Announcing He’s Expecting Second Child With Game of Thrones Co-Star Rose Leslie
Kit Harington and Rose Leslie sparked dating rumors after starring in one of the most popular HBO series, Game of Thrones. At first, they tried to keep their relationship a secret and finally confirmed the romance during the Olivier Awards red carpet in 2016. Soon the Eternals star asked Rose Leslie to be his life partner, and the couple got married in June 2018. They have been together since and welcomed their first child in February 2021.
During his recent appearance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Harington shared that he and his wife are expecting a second child and shared his son’s adorable reaction to the news.

Kit Harington And Rose Leslie Are Expecting Their Second Child
During his recent appearance on The Tonight Show, the Game of Thrones star, Kit Harington, shared the good news with the host. While talking about his son, the Pompeii star said that his son, who is almost 2 years old, is very smart. He jokingly said that he was surprised to see that his son was this smart when both of his parents are “actors.”
The Gunpowder star further shared that his son is “about to get the shock of his life, which is that he’s about to get a brother or sister.” The host of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon, seemed surprised and asked him if he is “serious” before congratulating him.
When Fallon asked him if he is excited or nervous about the new baby, Harington said, “I’m terrified.” He shared that while the first time feels like “walking through clouds and dancing through fields of daisies,” the second time “you get practical real quick.” Harington also shared his son’s reaction when he and his wife told him that he is going to have a baby brother or sister soon.

Kit Harington Shares His Son’s Reaction to the Good News
When Jimmy Kimmel asked Kit Harington about his son’s reaction to the news, the Baby Ruby star shared that his son has not “conceptually understood” the situation yet. He said, “We’re trying to get him ready for it.”
Harington said that he and his wife point to her tummy and say, “Mommy’s baby” to make him understand that he is about to get a sibling soon. However, his son points to his tummy and says, “My baby.” The couple has been very private about his son, who will turn 2 years old this February.
