“Kong over Bong”: Robert Pattinson’s Mickey 17 Finds Itself Without a Release Date as Godzilla x Kong Gets a New Slate
As the new year begins, the entertainment industry is set with its new projects. Recently Warner Bros has made changes to two of its anticipated films: Mickey 17 starring Robert Pattinson and the epic showdown Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
According to previous reports, Pattinson’s cerebral thriller was set to release on March 29, 2024, but now the date has been given to The New Empire, leaving Mickey 17 with no release date. Seems like the makers want to give a makeover to their project, but fans didn’t seem to be happy about the film’s delay.
Warner Bros Leaves Mickey 17 With No Release Date

The Twilight star’s movie is among the anticipated thrillers of 2024, and Warner Bros leaving it alone with no release date has upset fans.

Guessing WB is trying to get a headstart on their prestige titles. Guessing this will premiere at Cannes now and then open in the summer (probably where the Nolan releases used to open under them).
