Kristen Stewart On Meeting The Cast

While they may seem intimidating onscreen, their first interaction appears to have been extremely awkward. Kristen Stewart recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and talked about the anxiety she felt prior to meeting her co-stars.

“I was super amped and kind of nervous,” Stewart said. “I was like ‘I need to love these girls because I’m a terrible liar.'”

That resulted in many embarrassing and awkward reactions from her side, like peering out of the window in her trailer to check when her co-stars would arrive and catch a glimpse of them. “I was really nervous, peaking out my trailer window, and I was like through the blinds being a weirdo,” Stewart continued. “And I was like, ‘OK, I’m going to jump in.'”

Charlie’s Angels’ Stewart and Scott’s First Interaction

Once Naomi Scott arrived, Stewart initiated a conversation with her, which ultimately ended up with Stewart stroking the chin of her co-star.  “I did this thing that I was really embarrassed about,” Stewart laughed. “I thought maybe I lost [Naomi] before I could even make an impression.”

“It was super cute,” Scott added reassuringly. “The thing is, now that I know Kristen it makes perfect sense. She was nervous.”

Elizabeth Banks directed Charlie’s Angels, bringing in Nkahi Centino and Nat Faxon amongst the cast members. Djimon Hounsou, Patrick Stewart, Sam Claflin and Elizabeth Banks will play multiple incarnations of Bosley – Charlie’s loyal assistant and the point of contact for the Angels. The film is not entirely a remake or a reboot of the previous versions, but rather a continuation of the franchise. Charlie’s Angels will have a November 15th release.
