The heart-enthralling series, The Glory has captivated fans from across the world with an ensemble cast starring Song Hye-Kyo and Lim Ji-Yeon as the leading ladies among others. Both the actors have put their souls to showcase the extreme on-screen tension one would feel while watching the series. While the second season has already ended, which wrapped the former’s character, Moon Dong-eun’s revenge, something else is cooking up.
As per recent reports, the former’s on-screen rival is romantically involved with Song’s executioner, Lee Do Hyun off-the-screen. Their romantic involvement was first disclosed by Dispatch.

Initially, Dispatch Korea released an exclusive scoop about The Glory’s on-screen rivals turned pair on April 1. The outlet reported that the duo met outside the Youth of May star‘s home on December 15 last year. On quite a snowy day at the time, they made a miniature snowman together and clicked photographs together.
As per an insider, they never flexed their relationship while filming however it was still evident due to the atmosphere they created around themselves.
“They didn’t show their love. However, they (secretly) created an atmosphere with their couple items.”
Another mentioned that the ensemble cast’s teamwork might also have impacted a few advancements in their relationship.
“The Glory team had the best teamwork ever. The actors often had dinner together.”
Their team dinner was what might have strengthened their relationship as the 27-year-old actor was busy working on two projects, The Good Bad Mother series and Grave Digger film simultaneously. Even after his jam-packed schedule, he never missed any team dinner of The Glory.
Soon after the reports got published, their agencies confirmed the rumors. Lim’s Artist Company gave the statement,
“The two actors have gone from being close sunbae-hoobaes to a stage where they are carefully getting to know each other with good feelings. We would appreciate it if you would support their relationship warmly.”
Meanwhile, Yuehua Entertainment on behalf of the 18 Again star shared a similar statement and shared that their relationship started recently.

Their off-screen chemistry continued to bloom gloriously as they were spotted on several occasions including their visit to Yongin Recreational Forest. The outlet reported that the duo’s chemistry clicked when they were filming for the second season of their hit series. A cast workshop and summer MT played a major role in their relationship last year.
There was a point when the actor who plays Joo Yeo-Jeong (plastic surgeon) in the series supported his beau by acting as the 32-year-old actress’s manager. He dropped her at her house in his manager’s van. The duo was spotted enjoying their date in Geumho-dong last month.
While the couple did not have enjoyed much screen time together on the show, one can enjoy their intense performances in the hit series, which is available on Netflix.
