The Wolverine star Hugh Jackman has opened up about the wake-up call from his friend which helped him to come out as a better individual. Apart from his acting, if there is anything that Jackman is known for is his manners and kind behavior. While the industry knows Jackman to be the nicest guy, the actor has recalled his journey to becoming one.
Jackman agreed that there was a time in his career when he was not aware of his crew or co-stars. However, after a wake-up call from his Australian friends back in 2013, Jackman changed this habit of his. Talking about this with Stuff in an interview Jackman said, “My mate said ‘You don’t know what that guy’s name is, do you? ‘I said ‘No’. He said, ‘How long have you been on this movie?’ I said, ‘Two months’. He goes, ‘Mate, that’s shameful. You have been here for two months and you don’t know the guy’s name?'”
Even though Jackman was quick to defend himself by saying this is how it is done in America, he realized he was not obliged to follow it. Ever since then, Jackman had tried to build a good rapport with his crew members and made a habit of remembering each of their names.

Also talking about his relationship with Paparazzi in an interview with Time, Jackman said “With paparazzi, I’m constantly trying to see my kids’ view of the situation — that if I start flipping the bird or throwing punches, how frightening it would be for them. So, I’m constantly sitting on it. But am I angry? Yeah. Would I like to handle it differently? Yes.”
While fans doubt Jackman will ever lose his cool, they completely understand how annoying the paparazzi can be.
