ROBERT PATTINSON’S TAKE ON BATMAN

Robert Pattinson As The Dark Knight

In a recent interview, Pattinson said that he is not interested in playing a comic book character who’s heroic, hinting this take on the Caped Crusader is a darker tone than anything that the audience has seen before.

“The only time I want to play a character that the audience will appreciate is when they are not ready to praise it at all,” Pattinson told Variety.  He said that Batman is a troubled person. People regard very few characters as a heroic character who will save the day. Robert Pattinson always found it interesting to know that Batman is continually struggling in some iterations of the stories. He doesn’t know if he’s that great or not, but he finds it quite fascinating. He is walking the line all the time.

The Batman is expected to hit theatres on June 25, 2021.
