Marvel star Charlie Cox’s most significant role has been that of Daredevil. He became a household name and a superstar after Daredevil. Fans can’t fathom seeing anyone else playing the character rather than Cox. After the Netflix series based on the character, Daredevil ended in 2018, he had a cameo in MCU’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.

After his cameo in the 2021 film, fans are eagerly waiting for Cox to reprise his role in Daredevil: Born Again, an upcoming series developed by Matt Corman and Chris Ord for Disney+. The series is intended to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is based on the Marvel Comics character Daredevil created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett. However, fans have been concerned about the superhero suit as they were disappointed to see Daredevil donning a ketchup and mustard color suit in She-Hulk.

Charlie Cox rose to fame after playing the iconic character Daredevil in the Netflix series. The series ended in 2018, and fans have been yearning for more Daredevil, especially in MCU. Marvel provided some relief by having Cox’s cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The character further appeared in the Disney+ series She-Hulk. However, fans were not delighted to see Matt Murdock in a different color suit. 

Daredevil is known for donning his classic red suit, featured in the Netflix series. In She-Hulk, the superhero ditched his traditional red and black suit and opted for yellow. After seeing their favorite character in a ketchup and mustard color suit, fans lashed out. 

Charlie Cox is set to feature in the upcoming Disney+ series Echo. He will reprise his role as Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil. According to recent rumors, Daredevil will get his classic red suit back for Echo

According to the insider, Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock will appear in Echo wearing a more recognizable red costume. Marvel and Disney are yet to confirm the clothes Daredevil will wear when he joins forces with Alaqua Cox’s Maya Lopez in battle.

There are hopes that Cox will be seen in the red and black suit as Marvel has received backlash from fans after She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Echo will reportedly follow several parts of the narrative established in Netflix’s Daredevil series.

With the announcement of Daredevil: Born Again bringing back Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, fans have gone into a frenzy. The highly anticipated Disney+ series will feature the actors reprising their roles as Wilson Fisk/ Kingpin and Matt Murdock/Daredevil, respectively.

The new series will span 18 episodes in its initial run. The anticipated Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again is based on the Stan Lee and Bill Everett-created Marvel Comics character Daredevil. It is planned to be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The series is developed by Matt Corman and Chris Ord.

Daredevil: Born Again will feature Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil alongside Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, and Sandrine Holt.

Echo is slated to premiere on Disney+ on November 29, 2023.
