According to rumors Marvel Studios was working on the reboot of the Ghost Rider franchise starring Nic Cage. The SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike take a toll on the production of Ghost Rider

As per recent reports the most awaited movie, of all time Ghost Rider which stars the infamous Nic Cage is said to face a halt due to the ongoing strike in Hollywood. The solo project which was rumored to be in development under the Marvel Studios has now come to a stop.

The Writers Guild of America (WGA) and Screen Actor Guild- American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) has been on strike since May 2 and July 14 respectively. This ongoing strike eventually led to a major disturbance in Hollywood affecting the overall working of the industry.

Although as per the reports, the filming of this beloved movie is said to resume after the ongoing strikes in the industry come to an end.

First time in the last 63 years, the Hollywood industry has seen a complete shutdown as both the Screen Actors Guild and Writers Guild have gone on strike at the same time as they demand equal pay.
