The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has sharply denied the reports that her 2.5 million dollar estate sold at an auctioned price of only 257,000 dollars. Recently Zolciak uploaded a video of her estate tour on Instagram. In the video, she can be seen saying that the rumors were entirely false and that she would never sell her million-dollar house at such a low price.
The reality star also revealed that she would be celebrating Christmas in that same house. She also got back at her haters saying she was going to leave whenever she wanted to leave the house. But currently, Zolciak, her husband, and their six children reside in the $2.5M property.

Following the news of her million-dollar Georgia house being auctioned and sold at only 257,000 dollars, Kim Zolciak denied the news via a post on Instagram recently. Zolciak uploaded a video where she gave a tour of the luxurious estate and then addressed the rumor saying,
“My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,”
Next, she also asserted that was she not leaving the house until she herself decided to do so. The reality star can be seen saying, “I’m here until I f–king want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”
Further, Zolciak went directly for the haters asking, “So, what are you going to do, haters.” And continued saying that she was going to spend Christmas and celebrate her birthdays in the luxurious estate. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was clearly pissed, as she ended the video with “So enjoy the view, haters”. Further, the former celebrity mentioned that people were going to see the mansion for quite some time.
Kim Zolciak And Her Husband’s Financial History
The luxurious mansion in Georgia was bought by the couple back in 2012. It was even featured on their reality Tv show titled, Don’t Be Tardy. There have been reports of unstable finances of the couple. The house in question was once about to be foreclosed but according to Page Six, the debt was cleared and settled. There have been reports that show a reduction in the couple’s personal net worth.
Both Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have a financial debt history. While the reality star once lost 2.5k dollars in gambling, her husband was accused of not paying fees amounting to 22k dollars to his former NFL agent. Despite all their financial history and instability, the couple has not auctioned off their luxurious Georgia estate as of currently.
