New Amber Heard Accusation Claims Johnny Depp Tried Killing Her During Honeymoon

A defamation suit has been filed against Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. For the uninformed, Depp is pursuing his ex-wife for $50 million over a Washington Post article she wrote in which she claimed to be a victim of domestic abuse. Despite the fact that she did not identify him, the actor, who has always denied any abuse, said it had ruined his image.

After a delay, the high-profile case in Virginia continued for the fifth week on May 16. In the court, Amber Heard spoke about how Depp physically abused her during their honeymoon. She also stated that she loved him and didn’t want to file criminal charges against him at the time.

Heard asserted that Johnny Depp assaulted her on their honeymoon and that her ex-husband began hallucinating while testifying in their civil lawsuit toward the end of their marriage. While testifying in a defamation lawsuit Depp has brought against her, Heard, 36, painted a picture of Mr. Depp as an abuser suffering from drug addiction, jealousy, and self-harm.

According to the BBC, she stated, “I was so scared that it was going to end really badly for me. I really didn’t want to leave him. I loved him so much.” She said he abused her in their sleeping compartment on the Orient Express train in Asia after their February 2015 wedding, punching her and grabbing her by the neck. “He was squeezing my neck against the railway car for what felt like a very long time. I remember being scared that he wouldn’t mean to do it,” she continued.

Furthermore, Heard said that during their more frequent fights, Mr. Depp would often self-harm. “In fights, he often would cut his arms or hold his knife to his chest or draw blood, superficially at first,” she recalled. “He also put cigarettes out on himself.” Even after a number of serious allegations quoted against Johnny Depp, Amber Heard continues to be in misery. Looks like her luck really isn’t working.
