It is said to stem from Prince William having a falling out with Prince Harry. The cause of this fallout was the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with Meghan Markle. Since then there has been bad blood between the couple and the British royal family. However, people assumed that the death of Queen Elizabeth II will end up in a temporary truce. But that does not seem to be the case with all the controversial headlines stating otherwise.
Prince Harry puts royal feud aside to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth
The Duke of Sussex issued a statement recently, praising his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II. He talked about her “infectious smile” and said he would “honor” his father, the new king. Prince Harry also said that he would be “celebrating the life” of his grandmother. The prince said:
“I cherish these times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between. You are already sorely missed, not just by us, but by the world over. And as it comes to first meetings, we now honor my father in his new role as King Charles III. Thank you for your commitment to service. Thank you for your sound advice. Thank you for your infectious smile. We, too, smile knowing that you and grandpa are reunited now, and both together in peace.”
He also mentioned the queen’s “unwavering grace and dignity” in his statement, saying that they “remained true throughout her life” and would be her “everlasting legacy.”

According to a royal source, the couple was not informed that they have been uninvited from the even. “Harry and Meghan actually received the invitation and no one has actually told them they are not invited,” the source told Page Six. Another source claimed, ‘I’m told they only found out they were uninvited by reading press reports.” The royal insider stated that the couple learnt that they weren’t invited by reading press stories.
