This means Oprah Winfrey could also be questioned for the interview she had with the couple in 2021. Oprah Winfrey recently said she didn’t plan on getting that shocking information from the couple. Meghan Markle‘s half-sister Samantha Markle has sued her half-sister for damaging her reputation specifically in her 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey. As it was Oprah Winfrey’s show, she will most probably be summoned to answer several questions. Meghan Markle’s lawyer Michael Kump shared that Samatha Markle’s lawyers “identified a whopping 19 non-party witnesses” including Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s mother, and Oprah Winfrey.
Meghan Markle’s lawyer said the lawsuit is baseless
Michael Kump, who will represent Meghan Markle, believes that the lawsuit is baseless and absurd. The lawyer said,
“This baseless and absurd lawsuit is just a continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior. We will give it the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves.”
Samantha Markle claims that her half-sister Meghan Markle lied about being the “only child” in the interview as the two share the same father. She also claimed that Meghan Markle was lying when she said the last time she met her half-sister was “at least 18, 19 years ago and before that, 10 years before that.”

In the interview with Oprah Winfrey, the couple went on to criticize the Royal Family. They revealed that the members of the royal family made racist remarks about their child, Archie. Meghan Markle felt alienated as everyone disregarded her mental health issues. It got worse when Kate Middleton made her cry during the week of her wedding. They explained that the family stopped supporting them financially after they stepped down from their duties.
