The two lead actors play lovers Harry and Adam and have become good friends in the process. They spent time together to get to know each other well and be comfortable. Even the immensely skilled Mescal is in the former he was having some issues with the latter. That’s where Scott helped him. As Mescal revealed in an interview with British GQ:

“Andrew Scott who I recently worked with gave me great advice about posing. He said: ‘You walk up, put your hand in your pocket, and then you kinda like lean back. I use it all the time.”

From the multiple appearances Mescal has made, it is clear that he took Scott’s advice to heart. Everyone loving Paul Mescal serving on the red carpet in the cool, laid-back way he is, we all have Andrew Scott to thank.

Ever since the trailer drop, All of Us Strangers has been creating a lot of buzz for its intense storyline and the immaculate performance of its cast. Ireland’s two most celebrated actors came along and created a film that is anticipated to be a masterpiece.

Scott plays a screenwriter, who lost his parents very young. A random encounter with his neighbour Harry changes his monotonous life and he feels strangely drawn to his childhood home. Only when he gets there, he finds his parents, appearing to be living as they were on the day they died.

The premise of the film is strong and not something that comes often. Fans excitedly await the film, to see more of Mescal and Scott’s friendship.                            

All of Us Strangers will hit theatres on December 23, 2023.
