Jason Momoa is an American actor who debuted in Hollywood with the syndicated action drama series Baywatch: Hawaii. While it gave him visibility, what truly made him rise to prominence was HBO’s Game of Thrones, where he played the character Khal Drogo. His portrayal was a smash hit and his life changed almost overnight. From 2016 to 2023, he played Aquaman in the DC Extended Universe, ending the saga with two solo films, Aquaman and its sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.  He has also starred in high-budget projects like Dune and Fast X

He also spoke about his new project, On the Roam, which is an HBO Max documentary series that takes him to different locations in the United States and lets him “meet the extraordinary individuals blazing their own path—from craftsmen to motorcycle fabricators, musicians to athletes.” The things he collects along the way will be auctioned off for charity, which is good since he himself said he does not have a home right now.

“I’m always in these weird places,” he said, adding that fans are starstruck when they see him popping up in small towns. It happens all the time. They’re like, ‘What the hell are you doing in our hometown?’ I love the idea of just being with everyday people and doing my craft, which is filming, and then showing them. And so, I think, through doing that for so long, I got to be curious about it.”
