Robert Downey Jr, Cobie Smulders and Scarlett Johansson Wanted Mark Ruffalo to Have His “d*ck out” Without His Permission
In a humorous ad campaign, many well-known stars from The Avengers were seen making cheeky promises about one of their co-star Mark Ruffalo. Back in 2016, many celebrities were seen together in a campaign video that was aimed at encouraging people to vote in the presidential election. While the campaign advocated a very serious message it also had a very humorous take where all the actors together promised that Ruffalo the Hulk would appear naked in his next movie.
Robert Downey Jr Promised Mark Ruffalo’s Naked Appearance in His Next Movie
The 2016 Save The Day video campaign which was directed by Joss Whedon promised to show Mark Ruffalo naked in his next movie without the actor’s permission. This video featured a star-studded cast, which included Mark Ruffalo, Cobie Smulders, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr, and many more.

While the video was aimed at encouraging people in America to vote for the presidential election, it had a very humorous take at the end. Towards the conclusion of the video, a rather cheeky promise was made by different actors like Downey Jr, that if people go and vote, Ruffalo the Hulk of Hollywood would be completely naked in his next movie. While many actors in the video made the same promise Ruffalo himself was taken aback.
All shocked by the promise Ruffalo said in a baffled tone “Mark Ruffalo will do a nude scene in the next movie?” to which his co-star Downey Jr playfully added, “Mark’s gonna have his d*ck out”.
Even though Ruffalo may have not stuck to his promise, this light-hearted joke in the video encouraged a lot of people to come out and vote.
Mark Ruffalo to Appear in Poor Things
The Hulk of Hollywood is all set to appear in the highly awaited movie Poor Things. The movie is an adaption of Alasdair Gray’s novel of the same name, which was also inspired by Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.

The movie revolves around Bella Baxter, a young woman who is brought back to life by Dr. Goodwin Baxter played by Karloff Willem. Ruffalo in this movie will be seen playing the role of a lecherous lawyer named Duncan Wedderburn who will be seen manipulating Bella and emotionally abusing her. The movie is set to release on 8th December 2023.
